When we reached him in Nicaragua where he lives, Sunday, the day after the alleged attack of Kenzo, a sick child aged 8 and supporter of OM, Alain Orsoni, the president of AC Ajaccio, was very uplifted: "We have the means to identify the morons who did this and we will do it. A complaint will then be filed against them. They no longer have anything to do with us. »
Four days later, Alain Orsoni, reached again in Nicaragua, explains that he "conducted the investigation". It is based in particular on the images of the video surveillance. "Inevitably, when I learned what had happened, I was emotional because the act as it was presented was despicable. But I was fooled and manipulated. Be careful, I do not excuse the three young people who entered the dressing room to steal a jersey. We can just condemn this big stupidity. »

"But, since Sunday, I have collected specific elements that I have from the police. The intrusion into the dressing room lasted only 12 seconds. The mother, who spread everywhere, was not even present. So what can she tell? Already, the kid has not been hit. All the national press has talked about this affair and even the President of the Republic... I have to defend my club. I have experience with the treatment of many media, so I have to react. »
"We reserve the right to file a complaint"
Alain Orsoni announced that he "reserved the right to file a complaint" against Kenzo's parents. The Corsican club has published a statement where its president also expresses: "At first, I had no reason to doubt the veracity of the statements of the parents of little Kenzo, because it seemed impossible to me that they could have wanted to instrumentalize their sick little boy for the purpose of bad buzz. That is why, anxious to preserve the interests of my club and sincerely outraged, I joined the demonstrations of support for this family and strongly condemned the facts as they had been exposed. Now, elements reveal that the truth is quite different and that the seriousness of the actions of some Ajaccian supporters, moreover reprehensible, has been very clearly exaggerated. »
An investigation was opened on Sunday for "violence in assembly". In this context, the public prosecutor of Ajaccio had indicated that the judicial police officers would have access to the extraction of videos shot within the Coty stadium in order to "proceed to the identification of the aggressors". The Professional Football League (LFP) has also filed a complaint in this case.
