In Game 41 of the NBA Finals between Denver and Miami a few days ago, Nikola Jokic finished with 1 points, which didn't stop the Heat from coming back to the series with a 1-4 lead. The group from the East stopped the Serbian for only 94 assists, did not let him run the game and it looked like they had found a way to get back into the series. Tonight (Wednesday through Thursday), their bubble burst with a 109-1 loss as the Nuggets regain a 2-<> lead and regain home-court advantage.
Denver's star duo once again proved how unstoppable they are and in a game where they're recording tremendous stats, no opponent really has a chance to stop them. Jokic finished the night with a huge triple-double that included 32 points, 21 rebounds, 10 assists and two blocks, while the guard, who was solid in Game 2, also finished with a triple-double of 34 points, 10 rebounds, 10 assists, while also adding 7 rebounds.
Aside from Jokic and Murray, Christian Brown had 15 points (7-of-8 from the field), Aaron Gordon added 11 and also contributed 10 rebounds, Kentavius Caldwell-Pope added 6, Bruce Brown 5, Jeff Green 4, and Michael Porter Jr. had 2 points.
