Nevertheless, DFB star Jonas Hofmann and Sky presenter Laura Winter have now found time to tie the knot between the end of the Bundesliga season and the upcoming international matches, as tz.de knows. In the meantime, the 29-year-old has also changed her name on Instagram and is called "lauramahofmann" there.
The two have officially been a couple since November 2021. The following year, Hofmann proposed to his Laura – and now they got married! Afterwards we went to Rome for a short trip, where the happily smiling Hofmann shared a few snapshots on his Instagram account.

Heavy blow of fate for Sky presenter Winter and DFB star Hofmann
As in the life of an athlete, joy and sorrow are often close together in real life. Because a few weeks ago, Hofmann and Winter had to cope with a heavy blow of fate. "I thought long and hard about whether I should say something. If I have to say something," Laura wrote on Instagram at the time: "We had to say goodbye to our little darling a few weeks ago completely unexpectedly. Thanks to everyone who thinks of us. And thank you for your understanding that we will not comment further on this." So it's all the nicer to see the two happy again.
However, DFB star Hofmann does not have time to enjoy married life to the fullest. Germany coach Hansi Flick has called up the 30-year-old to the DFB squad for the triple friendlies in June. Next Monday (12th), the 1000th DFB international match will kick off against Ukraine, before heading to Poland on 16 June against the selection of ex-Bayern star Robert Lewandowski. On June 20, the final of the treble test against Colombia will take place.
Jonas Hofmann wants to attack with DFB team at home European Championship in 2024
Hofmann wants to consolidate his place in the DFB squad there. The Gladbach native was already part of Flick's squad at the 2022 World Cup, but did not get beyond the role of the joker at the time. At the home European Championship in 2024, the midfielder is of course hoping for a regular place.
