Even before he lands in Miami, Leo Messi has already stocked up on an apartment in a prestigious Porsche building on the first line to Florida's beach. What is the Israeli connection, you ask? The building belongs to the Dezer Development Group, part of the Israeli Dezer family.
Michael and his son Gil, Israelis who left Israel in the early 1970s, became the city's leading real estate professionals, serving as partners of former US President Donald Trump in building the largest projects in Florida.

Messi purchased an apartment in a retired building at a cost of $7.5 million (NIS 30 million), with the uniqueness of the apartment and the building being the possibility of taking the car up to the living room in a special elevator, thus gaining complete isolation from neighbors who doubt they knew that the greatest footballer in the world lived next door.
The apartment Messi purchased is 330 square meters, has four bedrooms plus four bathrooms and toilets. For those interested in being a neighbor to Inter Miami's new star, there are still vacant apartments in the building that is a collaboration between the Dezer family and the global Porsche.
