In the match against 1. FSV Mainz 05, Deniz Undav collected his first minutes in the VfB uniform alongside super striker Serhou Guirassy.
Mainz - While all eyes were on Serhou Guirassy after scoring another hat-trick in the game against Mainz 05, his strike partner Deniz Undav was also able to impress for VfB Stuttgart. BW24 reports why he does not see himself as a competitor of Guirassy and how his Bundesliga debut went.
VfB's next action is next Friday against SV Darmstadt 98 (22 September/20:30 CET/DAZN). The omens before the game could hardly be more different. While the Darmstadters find themselves in a more or less expected 17th place in the table, the Stuttgarters greet from fourth place, among other things because of their outstanding offensive.
