19:55 P.M.: Jeff released from Hapoel Tel Aviv
Hapoel Tel Aviv announced the release of Jeff Whitty on Saturday. The club made the decision to activate the release clause in his contract and thereby allow it.
The club's official statement said: "Jeff was with us during the preparation period, played in the training matches in Israel and Poland and helped us a lot in preparation for the season. We thank him for his time at the club and wish him the best of luck in his future endeavors."
