FC Bayern will face Preußen Münster in the first round of the DFB-Pokal. Does Thomas Tuchel give his substitutes a chance?
Münster – Champions League, Bundesliga, Oktoberfest, DFB-Pokal – and all this within just six days. FC Bayern's schedule is once again tightly scheduled. On Tuesday evening, the record champions travel to Münster to the Preußenstadion. In the first round, the third division club Preußen Münster is waiting (TV information about the game).
Coach Thomas Tuchel made a headline at the pre-match press conference, revealing that new signing Daniel Peretz will be given a chance and will be in the box. In Germany, it is rather unusual to replace keepers in different competitions. "I'm used to it from England," Tuchel explained.

"We signed Daniel with a lot of potential and hope for the future. He deserves it and can now prepare for it." So Sven Ulreich gets a break. When Manuel Neuer will return remains a mystery.
And who plays in front of the Israeli? "It may be that we don't rotate much at all," said the Bayern coach. BVB newcomer Raphael Guerreiro is about to make his comeback, Matthijs de Ligt has to sit out after a blow to the knee. The central defence will set itself up, with Dayot Upamecano returning to the starting line-up alongside Minjae Kim.

Bayern line-up in the DFB-Pokal against Preußen Münster: Is Tuchel rotating?
On the outside lanes, Noussair Mazraoui, Konrad Laimer, Alphonso Davies and Raphael Guerreiro compete for two places. It is quite possible that Leon Goretzka will get minutes from the start again in the centre. In attack, Tuchel has a luxury problem: all three strikers he has are in a great mood at the moment.
Normally, Harry Kane (quote Tuchel: "Harry always plays") is set, but it is conceivable that the Englishman will get a break against the third division club, as he has recently played a lot both at FC Bayern and in the English national team. Then super joker Mathys Tel or Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting should be in charge.
There is currently no way around Leroy Sané, who is in absolute top form. Whether Jamal Musiala will be allowed to intervene again after sitting on the bench for 90 minutes against Bochum was left open by Tuchel.
