Update from September 25, 12:05 p.m.: In just over an hour, the Bayern press conference before the DFB-Pokal will start. How did the people of Munich cope with their visit to the Oktoberfest? Thomas Tuchel will probably take a stand on this as well.
First reported on 25 September: Munich – After the Oktoberfest is before the DFB Cup. Just two days after FC Bayern's obligatory visit to the Oktoberfest, the German record champions will play their next competitive match. On Tuesday, head coach Thomas Tuchel's team will also start their third competition.
FC Bayern start the DFB-Pokal with confidence
In the first round of the DFB-Pokal, the Munich team will face third-division side Preußen Münster. FC Bayern are making a late start to the cup competition with RB Leipzig. Both teams played the Supercup on the original date.
Since the defeat against the Saxons in August, Bayern have started the season almost optimally. Both in the Bundesliga and in the Champions League, the German record champions greet from the top of the table.

Raphael Guerreiro about to make his debut? FCB newcomer back in team training
Against Preußen Münster, the Munich team now want to get off to the best possible start in the third competition. The biggest question for Thomas Tuchel will be: Will the 50-year-old rely on his starting line-up or will he give his jokers a chance?
In central defence, Matthijs de Ligt is expected to be absent. Otherwise, the FCB coach can probably draw on the full range of resources, with the exception of Manuel Neuer. New signing Raphael Guerreieo could also make his debut for Munich after tearing his muscle. The Portuguese has not yet been in the squad in any competitive game. (kk)
