Tuchel explains Sané secret: girlfriend plays important role in interaction with Kane

Leroy Sané is leading the way with performance - and it is impossible to imagine the Bayern team without him at the moment. Thomas Tuchel reveals one of his secrets to success.

That has changed: at the moment he is showered with praise. The left-footer has been whirling across the pitch like a Duracell rabbit for weeks and never seems to get tired. He also developed a new callousness in front of goal, which he often lacked last season. One of the reasons for the high form is a woman who was born in New York in 1987.

Sané has been officially dating American Candice Brook since 2017 and has two children (Rio Stella and Milo). The 36-year-old certainly gives the DFB star a lot of support in her private life. In addition, it indirectly contributes to better communication within the Bayern team. Because in the Sané/Brook household, English is mainly spoken.

New Bayern duo Sané and Kane harmonise – "It's very obvious"

Thanks in part to his time in England with Manchester City, Sané is fluent in English. This benefits him in combination with Bayern's new superstar Harry Kane. The two harmonize magnificently, as coach Thomas Tuchel also emphasizes: "It's a good combination. It's very obvious with the two of them at the moment."

Sané, along with Tuchel, is likely to have been one of the first contacts for Kane in the team, who scores like on an assembly line and integrates in a hurry, as the photos from the Bayern Wiesn on Sunday proved. "It helps that Leroy speaks fluent English like a second mother tongue, communication is very easy," Tuchel confirms.

Kane and Sané also seeded in the DFB-Pokal?

In return, Sané also benefits from Kane – because the Englishman often lets himself fall, locks balls and thus creates space for his teammates' deep runs.
