Tetê's loan implicated
On Tuesday morning, FIFA officially received a complaint. The leaders of Shakhthar believe that the loan of Tetê by OL to Leicester, in the winter transfer window 2022, should not have taken place: "It seems that they have enriched themselves unfairly at the expense of our club. We have filed a complaint with FIFA to obtain the return of this money," the director general of the Ukrainian training, Sergei Palkin, told ESPN. OL will therefore have to explain themselves to FIFA for the loan of the player, who stayed at the club for only one year.
Another club targeted
The Turkish club Galatasaray, Tetê's new club, is also in the sights of the Ukrainian club: "After Leicester, Tetê joined Galatasaray. We filed a complaint against Tetê, but he joined his responsibility with Galatasaray." He also pointed to the responsibility of the player: "Due to his absence, we unilaterally terminated his contract. This means that Tete has effectively terminated his contract. There's a €150 million clause in his contract, you know. Now, Tetê and Galatasaray are both responsible for this contract termination." Now to see what FIFA's response will be. In any case, Lyon would have done well without this new controversy.
