Recap: Manchester City vs Tottenham Hotspur 3:3/Sport1

The 15th round of the Premier League will come to an end on Thursday evening with two games: in the early game, Everton rose above the red line after beating Newcastle. Next, Tottenham vs. West Ham.

Everton FC - Newcastle 0-3
Eddie Howe's injured
side were looking to register a third successive Premier League win after good performances against Chelsea and Manchester United, but against Everton who were punished with points deduction, they discovered a stubborn opponent fighting for their lives in the league and came away empty-handed with a painful defeat. Anthony Gordon started 11 for the Magpies who struggled to get into situations against Jordan Pickford, and Sean Ditch's players showed plenty of character with good ability and the goal finally came in the 79th minute. Kieran Trippier lost a ball, Dwight McNeil raced all the way wide of Newcastle and kicked a tremendous ball that Martin Dubravka, who replaced the injured Nick Pope, could not stop. Abdoulaye Doucouré doubled 7 minutes later and Beto (90+7) secured the Toffees' three points in extra time. Everton rose above the red line thanks to the victory, Newcastle moved away from the top of Europe in seventh place.

Minute 79: Goal! 0-1 to Everton! Dwight McNeil snatched the ball to Kieran Trippier who made a huge mistake, galloped all the way wide of Martin Dubravka and in a perfect performance kicked a powerful ball into the net.

86th minute: Goal! 0-2 to Everton! A cross pass missed McNeil who could have completed a pair, but Abdoulaye Doucouré was there to kick a flat ball in.

Minute 90+7: Goal! 0-3 to Everton! Beto also joined in the celebration with a lethal outburst by the Toffees, and the striker finished closely with the third that secured the points.

Tottenham Hotspur vs West Ham United 1:1 (2nd half)

The drills ended their three-game losing streak with a thrilling 3-3 win against Manchester City, and tonight they will try to avoid a fifth consecutive game without a win. The rivals arrive with the opposite momentum to the north London derby, with four wins in their last five games in all competitions, and with a much less lacking squad. Cristian Romero returned from suspension straight into Ange Postecoglou's 11, with Giovanni Lo Celso and Brennan Johnson also earning a place in the line-up. On the other hand, Alphonse Areola is not in the Hammers' squad, Lukasz Fabianski has been placed among the beams.

Minute 10: Goal! 0-1 to Tottenham! A beam ball found the head of Cristian Romero who, in his return game from suspension, rammed into Lukasz Fabianski's net and put the hosts in the lead.

Minute 52: Goal! West Ham equalised 1:1! Mohammed Kudus' kick hit a confused Tottenham defence, the ball reaching Jarrod Bowen who Makarov subdued Vicario and equalised the result.
