Former ski racer Maria Höfl-Riesch has congratulated her husband Marcus Höfl on his 50th birthday on Instagram. She can't resist a little side blow.
New York – Maria Höfl-Riesch was one of the most successful German athletes during her playing days. Among other things, she was able to achieve three Olympic victories at the Winter Olympics and won two gold medals at World Championships. Her husband, Marcus Höfl, turned 50 on Monday. Höfl-Riesch congratulated him on Instagram – including a small side blow.

Höfl-Riesch wrote in her Instagram post: "Happy happy happy Birthday, my darling! 50 years old and still in a good mood" and put a winking smiley behind it. She also wished her husband "good health, happiness and continued fun as we have had the last few days".
In April 2011, Maria Höfl and Marcus Riesch got married. The two have been a happy couple for 12 years.

On Instagram, Höfl-Riesch always keeps her followers up to date about her trips. She is currently in the United States with her husband. Recently, the ex-ski racer even celebrated her birthday in Miami with friends. The couple spent Marcus Höfl's birthday in New York.
After problems entering the USA, Höfl-Riesch is currently enjoying sightseeing in New York and posted many photos of the city on her Instagram channel, including from lofty heights of the Statue of Liberty. Höfl-Riesch also visited the Steinway Tower, which is considered the thinnest building in the world due to its width-to-height ratio. (mag)
