One of the interesting players who landed in the Premier League last summer is center Justin Smith from Hapoel Holon.
The interior player of the Purples is one of the main reasons why Holon succeeded in the first group stage of the Champions League as well as the play-in stage, and so far he is the outstanding player in Amit Sharaf's team.

Smith played four years at Indiana University, took advantage of his option for another year in the NCAA and transferred to Arkansas in the 2020/21 season, in Media he recorded 13.6 points and 7.3 rebounds per game as the Razorbacks were stopped in the "Elite 8" stage of the college tournament.
In his first season as a professional he almost arrived in Israel - Maccabi Rishon Lezion was close to signing him, but he got injured and returned to play in the development league.

This season, as mentioned, Smith joined Holon and so far in eight league games he averages 15.5 points and 7.4 rebounds per game.
In the FIBA Champions League, Smith has already played ten games and recorded 14.9 points, 6.7 rebounds, 2 steals and 1.1 blocks per game.
