A yeast dumpling post from Bastian Schweinsteiger receives many thousands of “likes”.
And makes a current FC Bayern star laugh.
Munich - If you look at Bastian Schweinsteiger's Instagram posts from the past two weeks, you can almost feel jealous: The man seems to have the best life in the world.
On January 16th there's a healthy salad for lunch, the day after he shows up eating white sausage with Buddy Felix Neureuther (and a pretty faux pas).
On January 18th, Schweinsteiger photographed himself in Munich at night, and on January 26th he posed on the ski slopes.

Afterwards, the 39-year-old has a good time again.
Schweinsteiger sits at a wooden table wearing a hat and sunglasses, with a coffee cup and a delicious delicacy in front of him: “Daily dose of Germknödel,” he writes.
And the good piece decorated with poppy seeds and floating in vanilla sauce is hard to miss.
Hopefully the yeast dumpling didn't get cold during the photo shoot.

FC Bayern star Manuel Neuer laughs at Schweinsteiger's post
The fact that he - according to the German translation - needs a “daily dose of yeast dumplings” also causes laughter among his ex-team colleagues.
Manuel Neuer also saw the posting and commented with an emoji that shows tears.
The Germknödel fans are probably numerous among Schweinsteiger's followers: There were a good 23,000 "likes" in the first 19 hours, including from Rosenheim Cops star Karin Thaler.
Many less prominent users also comment.
“Mmmh, that looks good,” “Wow!

One follower says he has lived in Germany for 29 years and has never eaten it.
“I would like to try it.” Another follower seems to be referring to Schweinsteiger’s Instagram posts in general when she writes: “Daily .. .wow.” To be continued.
