Bayern boss Jan-Christian Dreesen speaks openly about FC Bayern's goalkeeping plans with Daniel Peretz.

Loan keeper Alexander Nübel also receives praise.

Munich - Kingsley Coman (27) was able to find out about the healing process of his injury from his own team.

Because even if the news of Daniel Peretz (23)'s failure almost a month ago didn't make half as big a splash as the one that was spread about Coman after FC Bayern's 3-2 win in Augsburg on Saturday: like the youngest injured person in the hospital The substitute keeper is also fighting his way back from a torn knee ligament.

It took almost four weeks before the Israeli was able to get back on the grass for some casual running training on Monday.

There is still a little to do before we return.

But Peretz can take all the time in the world for rehab.

What plans does FC Bayern have for Nübel?

The situation is different than with Coman, whose failure is much more serious.

This is mainly due to the squad structure – and the fact that Peretz is clearly third in goal.

This hierarchy was agreed upon during his move from Maccabi Tel Aviv, which Bayern paid for almost five million euros in the summer.

And yet, in the executive suite, people are thinking about how they can offer the talented goalkeeper optimal conditions so that they can one day become number one in the record champions' box.

Things should work differently – better!

– than with Alexander Nübel (27), for whom they had similar plans.

Or has?

“It’s very difficult for Daniel,” said Jan-Christian Dreesen (56) on Sunday during his visit to the fan club in Westerheim.

“He knows that he is coming to us and has to get in line first.

He has to train and hope for his chance.” Nevertheless, the CEO explained, it is anything but ideal “if you have a young goalkeeper and you can’t use him.”

Dreesen made it clear: “We didn’t get him to give him away again.

We planned for the long term with him.”

When Peretz has his head clear again after rehab, Dreesen wants to decide “in consultation with him” whether “a loan makes sense or whether we can use him more in the coming season.

He needs playing time.” If he stays, the situation would also change for Sven Ulreich (35), who, like Manuel Neuer (37), is tied until 2025.

Dreesen consciously says: “Manuel isn’t getting any younger either.” And he also likes to emphasize what a “good spirit and optimistic guy Peretz is.

He got completely involved with us.”

Bayern CEO Dreesen likes Nübel's development

Things looked different at the time for Nübel, who after two years in Monaco is currently causing a sensation as a top performer in the goal of VfB Stuttgart.

“He is now showing what we hoped for when we signed him,” says Dreesen: “We can only be happy about that.” Nübel is tied to Bayern until 2025.

Dreesen: “He should now keep doing so well.

We will talk in time about how things will continue.” Outcome open.
