There have been signs of his departure for weeks, but now it is certain: U17 world champion Robert Ramsak is leaving FC Bayern in the summer and moving to RB Leipzig.
Munich – FC Bayern loses one of its U17 world champions.
As tz

, Robert Ramsak (17) is moving to RB Leipzig.
The change will take place in the summer - as soon as the attacker has his high school diploma in his pocket and his contract with the German record champions has expired.
He is due training compensation of around 300,000 euros.
Bayern talent Ramsak leaves Munich for RB Leipzig
Leipzig ties Ramsak to the club for three years.
The Munich native will first receive a development contract, which will become a professional contract when he turns 18 on October 28, 2024.
With the Saxons, the young German national player should be introduced to the first team step by step.
The plan is for him to take part in test matches and in the stars' training camp.
Because Leipzig doesn't have a second team, he will initially also play regularly in the U19 team.
Ramsak's departure has been in the offing for weeks.
FC Bayern and the players were unable to agree on a contract extension.
“During the negotiations there were different opinions about Robert’s development opportunities,” explained consultant Duro Bozanovic from the DB & Equipe agency to tz on

.
Ramsak turned down well-known interested parties for Leipzig
Ramsak wants to prove himself in professional football soon.
FC Bayern couldn't offer him this perspective.
Leipzig apparently does.
RB presented Ramsak with a concrete development plan that convinced him.
Leipzig's academy director Manuel Baum (44) is considered a fan of Ramsak.
The ex-Augsburg coach and Dominik Kaiser (35), RB Talent Manager, worked hard for the German U17 world and European champion.
Leipzig's sports director Rouven Schröder (48) was also involved in the deal.
The Saxons rave about Ramsak.
“RB player – high intensity and eager to win the ball and score goals,” says Baum.
“Crafty – Robert reminds me of Thomas Müller.
Clever running routes, good position and always dangerous in the box,” emphasizes Kaiser.
Ramsak turned down several clubs for RB.
According to
tz
information, FC Genoa and Dinamo Zagreb in particular attracted more lucrative offers.
Even Real Madrid were said to be interested in bringing him into their youth academy.
However, Ramsak sees Leipzig as the optimal next career step.
The Red Bull Group has regularly proven in the past that it has an excellent knack for top talent.
