Among the people who lost their lives in the massacre by the Hamas organization on October 7 is the late Shai Kenpo, a police officer in the Israel Police and a resident of Beer Sheva. Kenpo fell while performing his duties while guarding the revelers at the nature party in Kibbutz Ra'im and left behind a wife, Sapir and three small children.
Kenpo, was known as a devout Beer Sheva fan, and because of that many pictures of him from the stands in Turner adorned the social networks in the days after his death.
Oren Ozan, his friend, paid tribute to him in the days of the beginning of the war and wrote: "May your soul be bundled in the bundle of life, dear Sheika, a legend of the stadium for everything and anything. From the white nights painting deployment flags, from the throat you gave in every game for 90 minutes of uncompromising support, the smile that always went with you to everything A place and energies like no other, will remain in our hearts forever."
