Appointed to this position in October 2022, Franck Haise abandons this function to concentrate solely on his role as Sang coach

A great architect of the sporting success of RC Lens in recent years, Franck Haise held, until today, the role of general manager of the club.

In addition to coaching the first team, the 52-year-old has managed training, post-training and women's training since the end of 2022 and the hasty departure of former sports director Florent Ghisolfi to OGC Nice.

“Racing informs of an evolution of its sporting organization.

Franck Haise agreed in October 2022, in a context of imbalance, to take the position of general manager of the club and to manage the sporting destinies of all components of Racing, we can read on the club's website.

Recent recruitments and the common desire to return to an organization that has proven itself in the past now allow a rebalancing of decision-making flows.

A key man in the sports sector, Franck Haise is refocusing on the role of manager of the professional team.

With the arrival of a new sports coordinator in the person of Frédéric Hébert, the Normandy coach, under contract until 2027, therefore sees his responsibilities lighten and once again becomes solely coach of the first team of the northern club, a function that he has held the position since February 2020. “Looking towards the end of the season and its stimulating challenges, the one who was elected coach of the year 2023 will thus be able to fully mobilize his energy for the staff and players of the first team,” continues the RC Lens.
