As is often the case, the PSG training session began this Thursday morning with a guard of honor from the Parisian players.
But once in a while, it was not a member of Luis Enrique's squad or technical staff who was celebrated on the lawn of the PSG Campus in Poissy.
A few minutes before starting their last training session before the match in Strasbourg, Kylian Mbappé's partners paid tribute to Sara Vieira, a linen worker for the capital club for 30 years and who is preparing to retire.
Aged 66, this little hand from the Parisian club, who took care of the laundry area and linen for the first team, was warmly applauded by all the players, the members of the technical staff and the sports management.
A jersey printed with “Thank you Sara” and autographed by Luis Enrique’s men was given to him, before immortalizing this lovely moment with a group photo.
❤️ Thank you Sara 💙

On social networks, several Parisians wanted to celebrate the work of Sara Vieira, like Layvin Kurzawa, present at the club since 2015, or Kylian Mbappé, who dedicated an Instagram story to her.
“Thank you Sarah.
More than 30 years at the club, we will never have enough words to thank you.
You will always be welcome here in your home,” wrote the 2018 world champion.
