Blair Kinghorn will not meet some of his new Toulouse teammates on February 10 during Scotland - France in Edinburgh.
The Scottish federation announced this Thursday the withdrawal of its full-back, 26 years old and 50 caps, for the first two matches of the 2024 Six Nations Tournament, Saturday against Wales in Cardiff and therefore next week against the Blues.
Blair Kinghorn, who started with Toulouse in December, is injured in a knee.
Sunday, he participated in the Stade's victory at Racing 92 (20-27).
He will be replaced in the Chardon starting XV by Kyle Rowe (25), full back of the Glasgow Warriors, who will celebrate his second selection against the Welsh.

His entry during a match in July 2022 against Argentina, for his major international debut, was marked by a serious injury, which kept him away from the field for several months.
Rowe will be supported on the wings by Duhan van der Merwe and Kyle Steyn.
The Scottish hinge will be held by Finn Russell, the Bath fly-half who played for Racing 92 (31 years old, 76th selection), and by Ben White (25 years old, 19th selection), scrum half from RC Toulon.
Second-row Richie Gray (34) will be the most capped on the field with a 79th selection in sight, and will play his eleventh Six Nations Tournament.

If the third row Rory Darge (23 years old), designated co-captain with Russell, will not be present on Saturday in Cardiff, he is “hoped for next week” for the match against the French, indicated his Federation.
Scotland has not won against Wales since 2002. Since the transition to six nations in 2000, it has never done better than third (2001, 2006, 2013, 2018, 2023).
