Summary of the State Cup: Hapoel Hadera - Maccabi Tel Aviv 2:0/Sport1
After landing Eden Kartsev and Younes Melda during January and shortly after announcing the purchase of Elad Madmon who will join next season, tonight (Friday) Maccabi Tel Aviv signed another legionnaire from the Belgian league - this time it's Berez Shlomo, who closed for three and a half seasons.
The Yellows decided to strengthen themselves with another brake after the many injuries to the defensive players, and the club is building on the 24-year-old Shlomo for the coming seasons as well.
The brakeman was purchased for about 1.2 million euros, including bonuses, and will earn about 325,000 euros per season.
He passed the budget control and will be registered for the Conference League games, which for the Yellows will continue in March when they play in the round of 16.

Raz Shlomo (24) grew up in the youth department of Hapoel Tel Aviv and moved up to the senior team in 2016.
In the 2021/22 season he played on loan at Maccabi Netanya, through which he also made his debut in the Israeli national team.
Last summer he was purchased by the Belgian Leuven for 1.2 million euros, and this season he recorded seven league games and one goal.
The last time he started for his team was over a month ago.
