After the stars of the Champions League, it's time for ordinary!
Qualified on Tuesday for the quarter-finals of the premier European event (March 19-28), PSG travels this Friday evening (9 p.m.) to the Fleury lawn for a Paris region derby, on the occasion of the 14th day of D1 Arkema.
Second, with a game in hand and eight points behind Olympique Lyonnais, undefeated leader, the Parisian club is looking for a fifth consecutive victory in the championship which would allow it to stay in contact with its main rival and keep it at bay Paris FC, third six points behind and who will host Lille, first relegated, this Sunday (9 p.m.).
Jocelyn Prêcheur's team will be able to count on central defender Eva Gaetino, recruited this Thursday and already present in the group to face Fleury.
The American international hopeful joins her former teammate Korbin Albert with whom she played at the University of Notre Dame, based in Indiana.
PSG also formalized this Friday the signing until 2026 of Polish goalkeeper Oliwia Szperkowska (UKS Lodz).

For its part, Fleury is sixth in the championship and has only gleaned four small points over the last six meetings (1 victory, 1 draw, 4 defeats).
Furthermore, the Essonne club has never beaten the Parisian leader in its history, in the space of fourteen meetings (1 draw, 13 defeats).
In the first leg, PSG won 2-1 in the very last seconds thanks to a gem from Jackie Groenen on a shot into the top corner from 18m.
As a reminder, a playoff is organized this season in D1 Arkema.
This new feature will make it possible to distribute, on the one hand, the champion title, and on the other hand the qualifying places in the Champions League for next season.
The 8 point difference to date between OL and PSG therefore does not necessarily matter in the title race.
