Midfielder Dia Saba signed yesterday (Saturday) with the Emirates Club team from the United Emirates and left Maccabi Haifa.
Saba should return to Carmel in the summer automatically, as he has a contract for another 4 years at the club.
The seven highest contract in the club from the Carmel and his departure will save about 2.5 million gross shekels until the end of the season, an extraordinary amount for such a short period.

This morning Saba said goodbye in a post he published on social media in which he wrote: "Two difficult and unusual months, a challenging period in the eye of the storm, when the truth is irrelevant and it doesn't matter what you say and how."
Saba also added: "I wish us all good, peaceful, safe and quieter days. And my friends in the locker room, I will miss them, bring another green championship to Carmel. I will keep my fingers crossed."
To sum up the contact letter: "It is time to return to play, to conquer, to enjoy the game we all love and to help the Emirates Club in the mission. Special thanks to Ronan and Gilad Katsav for everything."
