Nemanja Bejlica, the 35-year-old Serbian basketball player, jumped with his children to a playground in a mall in Belgrade, but there he was met with an unpleasant experience at all.
There, an argument developed between him and Nikola Petkovic, a 37-year-old former soccer player who played, among other things, in Frankfurt and Red Star.
The background to the argument between the two is unclear, but eyewitnesses who were there told the local press that Petkovic threatened Baylica with scissors in his hands and shouted: "I will stab you, rape your wife, kill your entire family and take your money from you."
The local police arrested Petkovich for 48 hours and began investigating the incident by security cameras located at the scene and questioning the many eyewitnesses.
