The goal of Shagib Yehezkel player of Antalyaspor against Trabzonspor and the tribute to the hostages/Sport1
The echoes of the scandalous arrests of Shagib Yehezkel and Aden Kartsev after tributes to the Israeli abductees have indeed diminished in Turkey, but they are still heard.
The veteran anti-Israeli journalist, Ahmet Golomsain, wrote a hateful column on the yeniakit website, in which he recommended to the Turkish Football Association to prohibit local teams from signing Israeli players and expel such if they still exist.
On the 100th day of the war in Gaza, Yehezkel scored a goal in the Antalyaspor uniform and revealed a tribute inscription to the abductees.
He was arrested, interrogated and after he was released he hurried back to Israel - and will not return to his Turkish group.
Kartsev shared a post supporting the kidnappers, was interrogated himself and was immediately loaned from Bashakshir to Maccabi Tel Aviv.
Golomsain wrote: "As we see, for the benefit of the society we live in, we are obliged to closely monitor the world of sports and the people who manage it. They will be impervious to needs today, preparing the ground for greater disasters in the future."

Golomsain continued with his inciting words: "I am talking about the genocide that the Zionists are committing in Palestine. In this context, a question must arise: How many Zionist Israeli footballers remain in our country? Have you ever thought about the millions that the Turkish clubs earn, just to support the Zionist movement that caused the death of tens of thousands ?".
Golomsain mentioned the cases of Yehezkel and Kartsev and added: "I wonder if there are any Zionists left here who feel sympathy for Israel. I call on the football association to issue an official letter to the clubs in which it will be written: 'If you have Zionist players in your squad, you must expel them now and you must not add new players.'
