Bayern can knock Leverkusen off the top of the table on Saturday.

Harry Kane in particular is eager for his first title.

The striker dreams of the championship & Co.

Munich - Bayern are on the hunt.

Munich are two points short of league leaders Leverkusen.

With a win in the direct duel on Saturday (6.30 p.m.), the record champions are on course for their twelfth league title in a row.

The Bayern bosses are already teasing the Werkself.

“We will annoy them with our victories until they get nervous!” said President Herbert Hainer (69) after the 3-1 win against Mönchengladbach.

Kane convinced of championship title with FC Bayern

Harry Kane (30) is also eager for the championship.

Unimaginable but true: Bayern's super striker has not yet won a title in his career.

He now wants to make up for what he missed with Tottenham and the English national team.

"I am confident.

Bayern Munich has been winning the league for around eleven years and also won the Champions League a few years ago.

We are expected to win every trophy we play for,” emphasizes Kane.

“Saturday will be a tough test.

You have to fight and show passion.

We will do that!

It will be a more open game.

We have to go into the game with the right attitude.

If you want to become champion, these are the games where you have to perform well!”

Kane also wants to break Lewandowski's record

So first Leverkusen should stumble, then the handle pot should be taken.

The striker makes it clear: “The focus is on winning both competitions.”

In addition to winning titles with the team, Kane also wants to set personal records.

One goal: to break Robert Lewandowski's (35/current FC Barcelona) goal record.

The Pole scored 41 Bundesliga goals in the 2020/21 season.

Kane has 24 goals after 20 match days.

“I probably didn’t think I would have scored as many goals as I have now at this stage of the season.

“I don’t like setting limits for myself,” said the England captain.

“I don’t like thinking about records.

I'm focused on the near future and as we get closer to the end of the season and I'm within reach, then this record is certainly something I'd like to break." Goals against Leverkusen would definitely bring him closer to his goals.
