"Our goal is to survive in the league," added Shawn, "I hope my goals will help the team. I'm already waiting for my first game here. From the moment I signed I received many messages and reinforcements. I came here to play, but the coach will decide how much I will play."

Weissman was included in Salernitana's squad already last night in the away game where his team finished 0:0 at Torino, with the team locking the table and six points away from safety and with the worst goal difference in the league.
The team is coached by Pipo Inzaghi, the legendary striker of the past, who will try to get the best out of Weissman.
"Serie A is one of the five best leagues in Europe and one of the best in the world," explained Weissman, "I'm happy for the privilege to play here. I chose shirt number 14 because as a child I grew up watching Thierry Henry and I hope to score as many goals as he scored."
