June 25, 2021 will be remembered in the history of Urban Tiberias as one of the significant dates in the club's future.
On that day, the team, then in League A, defeated Ironi Shafaram from League B in the survival game.
This game is indeed remembered as one of the ugliest in Israeli football with six sent offs, but also because the name Ironi Tiberias was resurrected.

One of those present at that game was Mickey Beitan.
Beitan was born in Tiberias and was one of the burned fans in the 1980s, but has since moved to Tel Aviv due to his business.
"I was at this game and I felt that I wanted to save Tiberias and help her," he tells Israel Hayom.
After the game, the businessman spoke with his co-owner of the "Dorot" insurance company, Aryeh Clemenzon, and offered him to join the club.
Clemenzon asked: "How much will we have to invest?".
"A few hundred thousand shekels," Beitan responded, and Clemenzon surprised: "If I come, then I want to move up to the league and go as far as possible."
And from there everything is history.
Three days to the end of the registration in the First League, Beitan and Clemenzon decided to purchase the management rights and immediately invested NIS 1.2 million to close the immediate debts and enable the registration in the First League.
After that, in the first season as owners, they invested another million and a half shekels, which ended with promotion to the national league.
In the last two years, Clemson and Bethan decided to raise the team to the Premier League and every year they put up one of the highest budgets in the second league with the following figures:
Owner investment - NIS 2 million
Municipality support - NIS 1.25 million
Subscribers and sponsors - NIS 1.3 million (400 subscribers)
Grants from the league administration - NIS 2.5 million.

The salary of the players is 4 million shekels, while the cost of the foreign players reaches about 20 thousand euros per month.
Last winter, Tiberias tried to promote the addition of many fans to the club and even offered an interesting proposal: "If you want to strengthen, then we as owners will give a thousand shekels for strengthening for every shekel that comes as a donation from the fans."
The Tiberian fans were enthusiastic and donated only 50 thousand shekels in a short time.
After 19 rounds, Tiberias is ranked third in the national league, and tonight (Tuesday) they will play away against Hapoel Rishon LeZion when the big dream is to close the circle and move up to the Premier League.
During the window, the team strengthened significantly and brought in the defender Itai Zeda from Po'el Jerusalem, the midfielder Rif Mesika from Po'el Umm El Fachem and the midfielder Gideon Akwa from Maccabi Petah Tikva.

"We believe in our way and that's why we didn't give up on ourselves and got significantly stronger. We're already building plans for next season and if we go up, our budget will be NIS 17-20 million per season," Beitan declares.
