Red Star Belgrade signed a new goalkeeper yesterday (Monday): Ivan Gutsche arrived from Grafichar from the minor league and returned to the club where he grew up, exactly three years after he left.
Following the signing, Serbia is already claiming: Omari Glazer is in trouble and may lose his place in the team.
The "Republika" website wrote yesterday that "it wouldn't be strange if we see Gutsche standing in goal soon", in light of the fact that the 21-year-old acquisition "is considered by many to be the goalkeeper of the national team in the future".
Speculations about Glazer's future began from the moment that Barak Becher was fired from the Red Star, and although the club has made it clear more than once that the Israeli goalkeeper's status is stable and even rejected such and other offers that came for him, it is possible that the new signing will affect the plans.

Meanwhile, Glazer was interviewed by the Journal yesterday and was asked if he keeps in touch and meets with Beavers Natcho, the Israeli captain of the hated rival Partizan.
"We are on good terms, but we don't spend time together," answered the goalkeeper.
A video was published on Red Star's Instagram in which the players called on the fans to come to the return game from the winter break, against Vojdovac this coming Saturday, and Glazer sent a message in fluent Serbian: "Their support is our strength."
