The first decision of the Biathlon World Championships in Nove Mesto, Czech Republic is coming up.

Nove Mesto – The Biathlon World Championships will take place in Nove Mesto from February 7th.

At the start of the Biathlon World Cup, the German team is aiming for its first medal in the mixed relay.

This is followed by another eleven competitions, which end on February 18th with the men's mass start.

Biathlon World Cup 2024 in Nove Mesto: Will the mixed relay be broadcast on free TV?

German team for mixed relay is ready

Justus Strelow, Philipp Nawrath, Vanessa Voigt and Franziska Preuß compete for the German team.

However, the two-time winner of the season Benedikt Doll, who recently had to take a break due to a cold and only intervened later, is not there.

Before the start of the title fights, the weather had caused major problems for the athletes and organizers.

Excessively high temperatures and strong winds put a lot of strain on the route, so training was not possible on Monday.

But the hosting of the World Cup is not in danger.
