Biathlon World Cup in Nove Mesto: DSV ladies around Preuß want to impress in the sprint
For the German biathletes, the World Championships started without the medal they had hoped for.
In the mixed relay, the team around Justus Strelow, Philipp Nawrath, Franziska Preuß and Vanessa Voigt only came in fifth place.
After her mistake in the relay, in which she caused a penalty loop, Preuß in particular will now have hopes of winning a medal again in the sprint.
At least she belongs to the extended circle of favorites.
