The day after the trade deadline, in the United States the moves or rather the non-moves of Washington are analyzed and one wonders what the plan is, or if there is one at all.
The Wizards traded Daniel Gafford to Dallas and received in return a first round pick and Rishawn Holmes, a kind of match for Gafford - but other than that they were quite passive, contrary to early estimates.
Tyus Jones and Kyle Kuzma, who were mentioned as leading candidates to be traded in exchange for draft picks and/or young players that can be built on for the long term, remained with the team and it seems that very little will change in the last part of the regular season, with the same pale and solitary basketball that characterizes the team, and does not necessarily help the players the young.
"You had to move Kuzma, we all knew he would move. What about the youngsters? Bilal and Danny should be more central," they wondered on the "Locked On Wizards" podcast.

In the podcast, coach Brian Keefe was called to at least change the rotation and the hips in the team, if there were already players left in the team without a horizon in the Wizards.
"If this is the case, at least reduce the use of Kozma and drop Jordan Paul to the bench for Bilal Koulibaly. Let Dani lead the attack, give the stage to the youngsters. This must be the number 1 goal in the second part of the season."
According to them, "the rumor that Bill Simmons spread that Danny wanted to leave did not seem true at any point and Danny is here to stay", but at the same time the question arises: "When will he really be a central player in the team?".
