This former rugby player and Oxford University graduate took the helm of a controversial project, the Enhanced Games.
Its goal is to obtain the best performance in sport by legalizing doping.
This cheating - which would no longer be cheating - would be supervised by doctors, very profitable for the athletes and could even have health benefits.
The project undertaken in 2023 is still in its infancy.
No date or format for these future Olympics have been announced, but Aron d'Souza says the world's biggest venture capitalists are backing his plan.
