A French duo at the head of Molenbeek.
The Belgian club has formalized the arrival of Bruno Irles as coach of its first team.
The former Troyes coach will be supported on the bench by an assistant well known to Parisian supporters, a certain Jérémy Clément.
At 48 years old, Irles, who passed through Pau or Quevilly-Rouen in particular, will have the mission of keeping the club in the first division.
Currently, RWDM is 14th in the Jupiler Pro League, four points ahead of bottom side Kortrijk.

The former Troyes coach had not been on the bench since his express adventure in Aube in 2022. He becomes the only French coach abroad in the six or seven major European championships.
For Jérémy Clément, ex-PSG and ex-OL, it is a first experience at the high level as an assistant at 39 years old, he who retired as a player in 2020.
The RWDM appoints Bruno Irles as the new head coach of its first team.

The duo succeeds Claudio Caçapa, the former Olympique Lyonnais defender sacked 3 days ago for his lack of results.
The team had seven defeats in its last eight outings.
But why are there so many Lyonnais and French at the head of this Belgian club?
Quite simply because Molenbeek is managed by… a certain John Textor, the boss of OL.
