The incredible Nanterre 92 season is confirmed.
Brilliant 5th in the Betclic Elite, the Ile-de-France club once again proved this Friday that it was in sparkling form by winning against Lyon-Villeurbanne in the quarter-final of the Leaders Cup (82-78).
Carried by a gala Ibrahima Fall-Faye, author of 24 points and 6 rebounds in 30 minutes of play, the Nanterriens dominated the last three quarters, after starting the match poorly.
In the semi-final, the Greens will face Bourg-en-Bresse this Saturday (6:30 p.m.), who calmly claimed the scalp of Nancy (109-79).

This is the second time that Nanterre 92 has emerged victorious from its duel with Tony Parker's team, now coached by Pierric Poupet.
Last October 15, in Betclic Elite, the gap was the same, 4 points.
But the Nanterrians were able to count on their supporters to lead them to victory thanks to a fantastic last quarter.
This time, it was on neutral ground, in Saint-Chamond (Loire), that they achieved this feat, offering themselves the hope of winning a first title this season.
However, the trophy is still far from Hauts-de-Seine.
In addition to Bourg-en-Bresse, Monaco, Le Mans, Saint-Quentin and Paris Basketball are also participating in this mid-season tournament bringing together the eight best teams from the first phase of the championship.
Monegasques and Manceaux first face each other this Friday at 6:30 p.m., before Parisiens and Saint-Quentinois close their quarter-finals at 9:10 p.m.
The semi-finals are then scheduled for this Saturday, before the final on Sunday at 6:30 p.m.
