Coach Thomas Tuchel's chair has been shaking a lot since FC Bayern Munich's series of defeats.
A scene now shows the uncertainty within the team.
Munich – These are defeats that are rare at FC Bayern.
Instead of being there at the push of a button in top games like against Leverkusen in the Bundesliga and in the Champions League against Lazio Rome, the Munich team presented themselves harmlessly.
Overall, the record champions only managed one shot on goal in both games.
Scene reveals disagreements between Thomas Tuchel and the Bayern team
The nature of the bankruptcies is worrying.
One scene in particular during the first leg of the round of 16 in the Champions League stood out.
When the score was 0-0 against Lazio, Tuchel asked his team to increase the tempo in their own half.
Gesturing wildly, he drove Jamal Musiala and Leon Goretzka forward.
But his players didn't react, just trotted around.
Not a single player from the record champions provided a little more movement in Bayern's rigid game with a change of pace.
The end of the story: After a few passes, the ball landed back at central defender
Minjae Kim, who had previously captured it with a tackle.
Tuchel's philosophy does not seem to have reached FC Bayern yet
This action left the emotionally charged Tuchel perplexed.
First, the Bayern coach tried to push his team further forward.
When that didn't work, he was momentarily stunned.
The coach is said to have given vent to his anger after the defeat in Leverkusen.
After two defeats in a row, the record champions inevitably ask themselves whether the coach can still manage the team.
As trite as this phrase may be, one thing is certain: there was no clear playing philosophy in the games.
Most recently, those responsible for the record champions emphasized that they still stand behind Tuchel.
