Thomas Laclayat was due to join the France group to prepare for the third match of the Six Nations tournament against Italy next weekend in Lille.
But the pillar, who played on Saturday evening with his Racing 92 team against Montpellier (20-44 defeat), injured his ribs and can no longer be part of the group.
To replace him, Fabien Galthié calls on a Pro D2 player, Agenais Alex Burin, 24 years old.
