Bochum – All alarm bells are ringing at FC Bayern after the 2-3 defeat in Bochum.

It was the third defeat in eight days for Tuchel's team, and the gap to league leaders Leverkusen grew to an almost unassailable eight points.

During the game, a special Bayern fan gets even with the players: Boris Becker.

Boris Becker despairs during Bayern's bankruptcy in Bochum

In the first half, after the defeats against Leverkusen and in the Champions League against Rome, it initially looked like the record champions would react.

With a powerful shot, Jamal Musiala put Munich ahead in the 14th minute, but after a long break in the game due to fan protests, Tuchel's team lost control of the game.

Even before the half-time whistle, VfL turned the game around within six minutes with goals from Takuma Asano (38') and Keven Schlotterbeck (44') - much to Becker's displeasure.

“1 half was very mixed... a lot of room for improvement!” wrote the tennis legend on

“The seriousness of the situation is not yet understood”: Becker attacks Bayern professionals

But Bayern couldn't find their game in the second half either and rarely came across a threat in front of the Bochum goal.

After around an hour, Becker spoke up again, now becoming clearer: "I've been watching Bayern for 60 minutes...You get the impression that the players haven't yet understood the seriousness of the situation?!?" writes the former number 1 the tennis world.

Becker sees a brief glimmer of hope for improvement after Leroy Sané was substituted on.

The offensive star was initially not in the starting line-up due to knee problems, but was then substituted on by Tuchel in the 63rd minute for Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting.

“Leroy Sané is finally there and has more speed…” comments Becker – but even the national player can’t turn things around.

Becker shocked after Bayern bankruptcy: “Now it’s getting dramatic”

A quarter of an hour after Sané's substitution, things got a lot more complicated for Bayern: Dayot Upamecano fouled Schlotterbeck in the penalty area and had to leave the field with a yellow-red card, Kevin Stöger converted the penalty.

The record champions then had a few good chances every minute, but they didn't want to achieve more than Harry Kane's goal.

The weak performance is also reflected in the catastrophic grades of the players.

Like many Bayern supporters, Becker is shocked and writes: “Wow... FC Bayern, now it's getting dramatic!” The international press is also dissecting the embarrassing FCB.

The pressure on Thomas Tuchel is greater than ever, but CEO Jan-Christian Dreesen wants to hold on to the coach for now.
