The name Hansi Flick has been haunting Säbener Strasse for days.
Will there be a comeback?
Uli Hoeneß in particular should play a big role.
Munich – “Was that it for Tuchel?” After the third FC Bayern bankruptcy in a row, numerous media asked the coaching question.
Less than an hour after the final whistle in Bochum, the question had already been answered - from the highest level.
Bayern CEO with commitment to Tuchel
Bayern CEO Jan-Christian Dreesen himself commented on the emerging coaching discussion in the catacombs of the Ruhr Stadium.
“Of course” Tuchel will be on the sidelines in the Allianz Arena next matchday against RB Leipzig.
But why did the quick and clear confession follow?
Are the Bayern bosses actually still convinced of the turnaround with Tuchel or are there simply no alternatives?
Probably the most prominent name that has been buzzing around Säbener Strasse in recent days is Hansi Flick.

Flick returning to FC Bayern?
The alleged Hoeneß tendency provides new topics of conversation
According to Sport Bild,
the sextuple coach is
also said to have spoken to honorary president Uli Hoeneß after the two allegedly broke up when they separated in 2021.
So will the return now follow and with it the chance for the second Flick fairytale at FC Bayern?
Probably not.
Again, Hoeneß is said to have spoken to the sacked national coach, but he is not really convinced of a return campaign.

All prominent names that were recently traded on Säbener Straße, but they don't seem really likely.
So go into the rest of the season with Tuchel?
At least for the Leipzig game, the 50-year-old has a job guarantee.
The Munich team in Bochum didn't look like a team playing against the coach.
And Hoeneß also seems to be hoping for more from another Tuchel chance than from a return of Hansi Flick... (
