As announced since Monday, Jean-Louis Gasset is the new coach of Olympique de Marseille.
The former Ivory Coast coach takes over from Gennaro Gattuso, who was dismissed this Monday following another defeat in Brest (1-0) and whose departure was made official a little earlier this Tuesday .
“It is a huge honor for me to join this legendary club that is Olympique de Marseille,” Gasset explained in a press release from his new club.
I can't wait to start working with this group to prepare for the next deadlines and give the best of ourselves.
