FC Bayern: Hoeneß and Rummenigge are involved

Despite the difficult situation, people are resisting the word crisis, but the regular involvement of the two supervisory board members Uli Hoeneß and Karl-Heinz Rummenigge shows that times are turbulent for the record champions.
While Hoeneß is more physically present, Rummenigge acts more from the background.
The bosses around Dreesen are happy to accept the advice of the two Bayern leaders, and they also follow the internal style of assessing the coaching situation “from week to week”.
It was mutually agreed that there were more arguments against than for dismissing the second coach within a year.
But the situation is dynamic.

Dreesen has also experienced comparable times on Säbener Straße.
In his role as CEO, however, they are new territory for the former CFO.
He approaches it in his own way - and lets criticism like that from Lothar Matthäus bounce off him.
In his Sky column, the record national player addressed the Bayern board's “lack of sporting competence” and “lack of stable smell”.
In short: Dreesen is not Hoeneß, he is not Rummenigge and he is not Beckenbauer either.
But does that necessarily have to be a bad thing?
For comparison: Hans-Joachim Watzke (BVB) and Fernando Carro (Leverkusen) have no football careers behind them, and the CEOs of top international clubs have also been looking in vain for an ex-professional since Edwin van der Sar's retirement.
Dreesen also spent ten years between Hoeneß and Rummenigge.

There are some arguments in favor of an extension for CEO Dreesen
If you interpret the signs correctly, there is a lot to be said for extending his contract beyond 2025.
How the East Frisian interprets his role became clear on Saturday in Bochum.
He remained extremely calm after the third defeat in a row, and in the coaching debate he only allowed himself to be persuaded to make a specific statement (“of course”) after being asked several times.
Otherwise, as in Leverkusen, he cushioned uncomfortable questions.
When he started in the summer, Dreesen set himself the goal of communicating more and better than his predecessor Oliver Kahn, both publicly and internally. That doesn't mean that he can display a certain level of toughness when he has to.
The hidden message in Bochum was: “Mentality beats quality.”
A clear mandate for coaches and players, among whom the bosses are currently increasingly asking.
