Nyon – Just one day after the play-off games for the round of 16 of the Europa League, the draw will take place in Switzerland this Friday.
Bayer Leverkusen was already there as a German representative.
Xabi Alonso's team won their group confidently without losing any points.

Bundesliga duel ruled out: international opponents await Leverkusen and Freiburg
It was a crazy football evening in Breisgau.
Not only because the home team were already 0-2 behind against the northern French team from Lens, but they were only able to save themselves into extra time with a goal from Roland Sallai in stoppage time.
Here Michael Gregoritsch scored the decisive goal in the 99th minute to make the final score 3-2, meaning that Christian Streich's team remains represented in Europe.
As the winner of the play-off duel, SC is placed in draw pot 2, while Leverkusen finds itself in pot 1 as group winners.
Since two teams from the same nation cannot yet meet in the round of 16, this already has far-reaching implications for the upcoming draw.
There will be no Bundesliga duel between Bayer and Freiburg, nor will there be any pairings between the Italian representatives Atalanta, Milan and Roma, or the Czech rivals from Prague.

Europa League draw: Challenging opponents for the German teams in both draw pots
Regardless of the group win, demanding tasks await Bayer Leverkusen in Pot 2, who can be confident of winning the title.
