Former record national player Lothar Matthäus criticizes the fact that none of the bosses at FC Bayern Munich have football experience.
Munich – Things are anything but smooth at FC Bayern Munich.

The 62-year-old lacks football experience with the Bayern bosses.
“In many parts of the club, what has always defined FC Bayern is missing: managers who also come from football.
We need people here who don't just look at balance sheets, but also know their way around sports.
“Bayern Munich is not a bank,” explained Matthäus in an interview with the

“When I see who is in the management: They are all people who have worked successfully - but who do not come from football.
They all love football, but they're not Hoeneß, Rummenigge or Beckenbauer.
They are pure football fans.
But clubs thrive on stories and familiar faces,” continued the former Bayern player.

Matthäus doesn't believe that words from the current Bayern bosses will reach the team: "If one of this squad stands up and gives a speech: Do you think that he will reach the players?
