Resulting from an agreement between the FFR and the National Rugby League (LNR), this list aims to protect the players most in demand during the Six Nations Tournament.
Eighteen of the 23 players involved in the draw conceded against Italy (13-13) on Sunday in Lille are there, as well as Bordeaux-Bègles winger Louis Bielle-Biarrey, forced to withdraw at the last minute in due to a stiff neck.

Lyon's second row Romain Taofifenua, Toulouse winger Matthis Lebel and Toulon third row Esteban Abadie have, however, been released and will therefore be able to play the 17th day of Top 14, scheduled for Saturday and Sunday.
Also missing from this list are opener Matthieu Jalibert, injured on the knee and whose season is probably over, and center Jonathan Danty, excluded on Sunday against Italy and automatically suspended.
The other players affected by this protection are Toulouse Dorian Aldegheri, François Cros, Julien Marchand, Cyril Baille, Thomas Ramos and Peato Mauvaka.
There are also the Bordelais Maxime Lucu, Yoram Moefana and Damian Penaud.

Racing men Gaël Fickou, Nolann Le Garrec and Cameron Woki will not be able to lend a hand to Racing 92 in difficulty in the championship after the defeat against Stade Français.
Uini Atonio and Paul Boudehent (La Rochelle), Charles Ollivon (Toulon) and finally Sébastien Taofifenua (Lyon) complete the list of players who will be able to rest body and mind after the draw against Italy.
The France team will play its next match in the Tournament on Sunday March 10 against Wales in Cardiff.
