On Tuesday, Max Eberl will be officially introduced as FC Bayern's new sports director.
After that, the long-time Bundesliga manager will have to make important squad decisions.
Munich - Max Eberl's schedule is tight: On Monday he was appointed FC Bayern's new sports director by the powerful supervisory board, which met in the Allianz Arena from 5 p.m.
His first public appearance will follow on Tuesday morning: Eberl will be officially introduced at a press conference in the Fröttmaninger Stadium.

And then the 50-year-old can finally intervene in operational business.
The sporting competencies on the board should be completely in Eberl's hands.
President and Chairman of the Supervisory Board Herbert Hainer has already announced this: “Sport is at the forefront for us.
And that’s why we should have someone on the board who is responsible for the sport.”
Eberl's task list is long.
There are currently rumblings not only because of Thomas Tuchel at Säbener Straße, but also in the team behind the team and in the youth department.
But the biggest priority, in addition to the search for a new head coach, is the radical treatment that Eberl should – and must – give the Bayern team.

Eberl doesn't even know the player personally and already has to make a decision.
In addition, the current situation with the vacant head coach position doesn't make future planning any easier: Which players can be convinced to move to Munich if they don't know what plans the new coach has for them?
Eberl has mammoth tasks waiting for him and there is little time to solve them.
