Tick-tock, tick-tock… The clock continues to tick and brings us closer to the opening ceremony of the Paris Olympic Games on Friday July 26.
Since October 18 and the announcement of the first official selections for the 2024 Olympics, the lists have been linked at regular intervals, gradually revealing the outlines of a French team which should, ultimately, have around 550 members.

As a reminder, in certain disciplines, notably team sports, France is automatically qualified.
However, the composition of the different teams – whether handball, football, basketball and others – will be communicated later.
Ditto, some already have their ticket in their pocket, so to speak, like the trio Johanne Defay, Vahiné Fierro and Kauli Vaast in surfing, but the official stamp is still missing.
Discovery of a list that will only grow in the weeks to come.
