STORY - The leader of the Groupama-FDJ team wants to enjoy a Paris-Nice with the flavor of the Tour de France and a new way of running to climb the steps.

In March 2023, David Gaudu looked forward to the season with brilliance.

The leader of the Groupama-FDJ team competed for a week with Tadej Pogacar and Jonas Vingegaard, finishing Paris-Nice between the Slovenian winner and the Dane (still far from his summer brilliance).

A performance which had swelled the ambition of the Breton and his team who, in the wake of a promising 2022 Tour (4th), would aim for the podium on the Tour.
