The keys to the Olympic Village are officially in the hands of the Paris 2024 organizing committee. This Thursday, the President of the Republic Emmanuel Macron went to Saint-Denis to inaugurate the gigantic complex, just delivered by Solideo, which will accommodate more than 14,000 during the Olympic and Paralympic Games.
He took the opportunity to congratulate what constitutes “the adventure of a century”.
“We kept the commitments we made in 2017,” he rejoiced.

The President of the Republic was especially delighted about the legacy that will remain of this enormous complex.
“We have transformed three municipalities with this Olympic village,” he said.

During his visit, Emmanuel Macron also looked into the security of these Olympic Games, a sensitive subject that has been tense for many months.
“It’s been an obsession from the start,” he assured.
This is the second project for the Olympics.
