Coincidentally with the calendar, the World Endurance Championship (WEC) and that of Formula 1 will resume this Saturday and in the same region, in Doha (9:00 a.m., L'Équipe and Eurosport channels) for the 1812 km of Qatar and in Bahrain for the grand prize of the same name (4 p.m., Canal+).
An unfortunate collision for the two disciplines which, if they do not compete directly, will force motorsport lovers to make choices.

We are very close to the leaders of Formula 1 who have extended their calendar.
Obviously, there will be duplicates during the season but we have a moral agreement that there will be no Grand Prix during the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
But I insist, we are not in direct competition with F1, neither on the public nor on television broadcasting.
The two championships are complementary.
