There is currently a lot of speculation about the sporting future of Bayern star Alphonso Davies.
The fact is: the left-back is fit and is eager to make his starting eleven comeback in Freiburg.
Munich – FC Bayern fans could hardly believe their eyes, but this posting was real.
Amid speculation about his sporting future, Alphonso Davies caused a stir on Instagram.
In his story, which disappears after 24 hours, the Canadian shared the logo of the German record champions on Tuesday evening.
On the one hand, congratulations to the Munich club, which turned 124 years old.
On the other hand, a clear signal to the outside world: Davies is currently only concentrating on FC Bayern.
And he wants to help his employer get out of the crisis as quickly as possible.

As the tz learned, Davies is eager for a comeback on Friday (8:30 p.m.) in Freiburg.
The 23-year-old has been out since the beginning of February due to a strained medial ligament in his left knee, which he suffered in the home game against Borussia Mönchengladbach (3-1).
He only returned to team training last Sunday.
Now Davies feels ready for the starting eleven again.
A return would be a good omen - because without him, coach Thomas Tuchel's (50) team lost three of the last four games.
Davies is FC Bayern's long-running favorite.
If he's fit, he actually always plays.
After injuries, he was often right back in the starting line-up.
Even after recovering from myocarditis as a result of corona disease at the beginning of 2022, he quickly returned to action.

Tuchel wants to see less risk from Davies
However: In the boardroom at FC Bayern, Davies' sporting development is viewed critically.
At the end of January, Tuchel spoke publicly about it.
“Phonzy is a fine and sensitive guy who needs our support.
We talk to him a lot and always let him play, even if he is behind his top form,” said the coach at the time.
“His strength is speed.
He has to get better at finding the timing of when to attack.”
But the truth is also: Tuchel himself would rather see Davies take less risk in the game.
And despite all the criticism: under pressure, he is often able to break through the opposing pressing lines and gain space.
With his speed, the left-back is also extremely important in preventing counterattacks.

Bayern would like to keep Davies in Munich and extend his contract, which expires in 2025.
“We are in discussions with his advisor,” said CEO Jan-Christian Dreesen (56) on Tuesday and added: “We will see how complicated it is.” Real Madrid in particular are digging in on Davies.
